Awaken Hatha yoga

HATHA -75 min

Classical Hatha Yoga sequence includes warm-up, mindfully strengthening and stretching the whole body through asana (physical poses), time for silence, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. Equal parts of work and relaxation are a main focus in these classes, and this technique brings huge benefits to life outside of the classroom!

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga

ashtanga vinyasa -90 min

Our Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes follow the lineage of Krishnamacharya, through BNS Iyengar.  We have received years of training with Vijay Amar who studied with BNS Iyengar.  In these classes we will guide you through the Primary Series.  Variations are offered to welcome beginners or those with injuries.

Yoga nidra

yoga nidra -75 min

We begin class with 30 minutes of slow conscious movement and stretching. The second half of class is 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) which is equal to 2+ hours of deep sleep. Simply lay down and listen as you are guided into the deepest relaxation. The benefits of yoga nidra include relief from stress and anxiety, improved sleeping habits, focusing on goals and manifesting dreams, and much more! This is an ancient practice that is thankfully making a comeback.
